Watching Sky Sports, getting ready for the Chelski v Arsenal game

Tony Adams is a guest on it, the poor sod he looks like he's just been dragged out the morgue. It's also the way he is speaking, seems like a very old man, you can tell his brain has slowed right down.

I wonder how much of this has been the alcohol? I guess a lot

I mean good luck to him, i know he has started his own clinic for other sportsmen with addiction problems.

But i am just shocked, i mean all them make-up staff on Sky Sports and thats the best they can do for the guy!

I read his autobiography recently.. quite a depressing read

I saw that too and said exactly the same to my wife.

He looked as white as a ghost.

He's not aged well and I'm sure a lot of it is down to the booze.

Doing a great job at Portsmouth these days though.
