Restarting My Elite 95

ok my rubbish tank has been falling apart. so im changing almost every thing.

here is my tank atm
big fail it did look amazing once.

i will try and get a picture of when it was set up and running how it used to. i had a filter that died. it went down hill after that i lost fish and plants i was away at the time it happened.

Hygrophila polysperma 'Rosanervig'
Anubias barteri var. caladiifolia "1705"
Anubias barteri "coffeefolia"
Anubias barteri var. nana
Cryptocoryne becketti "petchii"
Lilaeopsis brasiliensi
Taxiphyllum barbieri (Vesicularia)
im going to have t5 lighting and co2
filter will be the same for now but im going to upgrade to a external filer later on.

The setup looks nice and not too complicated. What kind of substrate will you be using? What are the inhabitants going to be?
