Plants Growing Great

Since the introduction of CO2 and ferts along with increased lighting I can already tell that my plants are taking off. My algae is too. But I only see the algea on the lava rocks, but it is definately getting worse. I thought if the plants grew well the algae couldn't. I leave the lights on 12 hrs a day. and I have 40 W over 29 gallons (so only ~1.4WPG)
