Tomorrow i bought 2 blood parrots for my big 4 feet long 2 feet wide and 3 feet heights aquarium.but since then they are not eating.they are just coming to the food and looks at the food but not eats them.i heard that parrots dont usually comes up in the water.i think my aquariums height is a problem.has anyone has any experience about this? by the way i have 1 small and 1 big internal power filter.and i dont a heater cause my countrys temp is already very high.do u think my tanks height is a problem?

Could be they dont like the food. Try to give them whatever the seller was feeding them. Could also be stress?

Welcome to TFF rupkumar,

Can you tell us more about when you first filled the tank and how you went about cycling the filters? Do you have a liquid-reagent based test kit? If you do, can you tell us the numerical results for ammonia, nitrite(NO3) and pH? Also, what is the temperature?
