Ok my big pleco is about 6-8 inches big and in my oppinion thats a wee bit too bit for a 29g (right?) I was thinking of replacing it with a fer san Jose (san Juan , 1 or the other) corys. I know corys have their own diet becuase the two i have in there love cuecomber :) So would corys do the job for keeping the tank good looking? i would try ottos but my lfs(s) don't carry them.

They will eat fishfood that escapes the attention of surface feeding fish but they won't clean algae or general dirt. They like meaty foods too, like bloodworm and blackworm.
