Little Help/ideas With What This Jaw Bone Has Came From...

My friend is currently in dubai on holiday and found a jaw bone, assumingly from a fish.


Their appears to be a small break like a puffer, or trigger fish which is serrated, and then top and bottom a long boney spike which can rotate.

Any got an idea what species of fish it could be off..
