Is It Fair On The Fish

I have 2 plasitic tanks which are not in use. One has a filter and air pipe and the other has nothing. I was wondering if i could put anything in their.
I have a few kribs and a pleco.

I was wondering if it was fair to put them in their (they have no heater) or would they die

What type of plec is it? Common plecs need HUGE tanks. Can't comment on the Kribs as I've never had them, but if these tanks are plastic, I assume they're tiny too and too small for Kribs? It doesn't really matter anyway as both those types of fish are tropical and would need a heater and decent filtration.

What is the volume of the tank?
