I went to dinner last night at braxton's in oakbrook, IL

They had a fish tank which was about 10ft long and about 3ft deep and 4ft high

They had some lovely little oscars in there and 2 amazon pacu's

The pacu's were huge and could barely turn around as they are almost the same lengh as the depth of the tank.

Surely this is not humane for the fish, and they have clearly outgrown the tank. Can they even be comfortable in there?

Thanks for listening

Have you pointed this out to them? Perhaps you'll get 'lucky', and they'll give you these fishes to keep (depends if you have the room). :)

well thats kinda why i think pacus aren't good for aquariums cause they grow so huge..like i would say the best aquariums for them are at big zoo's or large city public aquariums if not that then probably the wild
