I have a question

I have had mollies and guppies since I first started fish keeping But I have never seen anything like this. I have a guppie that looks like it is getting ready to burst. She don't have drospy nor is she pregnant I have had her in the hospital tank for over six weeks and she keeps on getting bigger. I figured if she was pregnant she would have had them by now. But this hasn't effected her eating or swimming at all I was going to post a picture but I found out the kids have misplaced my camera. I will post a picture tomorrow.

If she was preganent the female guppy would have a gravid spot, does she have one? Other wise it must be a disease, dropsy or constipation.
