how much carbon do need

Hey,
I have a Intercept Duo 1 and 2 power filter (internal), both for a 24" tank,
I need to add carbon (something like that) but i dont know how much,
do i fill the case to the top?
half full?
quarter full?
3/4 full?

Personally I'd go with 3/4 full

I don't use any cos it's not necessary.

well, according to the packet its 56g,
that cant even get in the container for it,
carbon helps get rid of dyes, treatmentss, etc its only four weeks i change it so its not a hassle
