HITH?!??!

HI i have a rd(red devil) and he is getting what looks like HITH! but im not sure.. he is moving around good and all. He is picking up and spitting rocks out. Are these holes natural or HITH?

Is your fish eating and pooping normally? What are the water conditions? Are they holes or do they look like they are filled with puss? Have you added any rocks that you've maybe collected from your back yard or any rocks that aren't specifically meant to be used in an aquarium?

Ummmm he has the 2nd hith one on that site. They are tiny needle like. So all i need to do is keep good water param?
