I had a vivitar f328 vivicam 14.1mp digi camera for xmas,but i can't seem to set the settings up for a decent pic for the fish.
It has iso of auto,100,200 & 400,exposure +1,+2,+3,0,-1,-2,-3.digital zoom,optical zoom,well the list goes on.
If i take a pic on auto settings they come out blurred,i can take a ok pic when the tank lights are off,but i need to put iso on 400,exposure +3 set with flash and long distance,so hence i cant use macro has the flash won't work on this setting.
Any suggestions on settings for fish pics please
