Heater Question

hey. i have just bought a heater (aquaone 25w) and while taking it out of the box it made a noise lol so i checked the springs and everything and some of the springs are stretched out more than other and some are curved etc? sorry about this stupid question but is it faulty and should i take it back or is that the way they are?

what sort of noise was it?

you could take it back just incase if you want and if the next one's the same chances are it's how there ment to be.

be telling us what model it is would help us answer your question.

Was it like a rattle sound? if it is, then that is normal. i have 2 heaters and if you shake them (not too hard) they will make a rattle sound. theyre not faulty...

but test it, if it works then its ok i suppose.

25w... sounds pretty small, what size tank is it for??
