i have a freshwater moray eel and he is gray mixed with abit of brown and has yellow splashes all over his body
he is about 18inches long and has two holes at the side of its head that open and close when it opens its mouth
i feed him lance fish and he live in a cave that i built for him.

please help me asap

 Yes it would help.

I believe the holes are supposed to be there (i.e. the holes are equivaent to mamalian noses).

The holes are gill openings, and there is no such fish as a freshwater moray eel, all Muraenid eels (morays) need salt added to their water to survive in the long term.
