Fighting Discus

I just bought a pair of discus,they have been in the tank for about 6 hours and i have noticed that one is continuously picking on the other one,he is chasing him and headbutting the other .The aggresive fish has a lot better colors than the non aggresive fish so i would prefer to keep him,so if i had to return the non aggresive discus and got another one would the aggresive discus keep on picking on the new discus or do you think he just doesnt like the original non aggresive discus.should i take one back to the place where i got them or will they settle down after a few days...thanks...also is there a way of telling a female discus from a male discus...tia

If they are i the 80 liter tank I would bring them both back, that tank isn't big enough for discus.
