Everyone's At The Top

Almost all of my fish (discus, tetras, algae eaters) are all of a sudden head first at the top of my tank...seemingly gasping for air.

Why are they doing this? Could this be related to raising the ph level?

could be, i never really mess with my pH, did you test for other things as well?

this is called hypoxia.
you need to do a 75%water change now and agitate the water via an airstone or bubble wall.

But why are you raising pH?
