Hey guys! I recently started a new project with my 4ftx18"x18". It's a dry start with weeping moss so far.

The tank will be dirted, low tech.
I'm currently looking at my options, I'm thinking of
4 angels
3 golden gouramis
8-12 congo tetras
and a few bristlenose.

For plants, I'm planning on some rotala, limnoflora if I could find them, amazon swords, Jungle vals, Java ferns and other ephipytes and a lot of other plants.

I'm mostly worried about rotalas, I have tried them before but they all melted. I have heard of Staugoryne Repens melting a lot too.

Soo, the main questions I'm gonna be asking are gonna be about how to avoid and help with melting, also dry starting Staugoryne repens as well as transitioning them from immersed to submerged.
