The CO2 tubing, does it have to be "CO2 tubing" or can you use ordinary airline tubing?
Is there any disadvantages of using airline tubing?

It must be CO2 tubing, airline tubing can leak and dry up and crack.

Is it the same diameter? my Co2 tubing is much wider than airline tubing.

Oh ok, co2 tubing it is. Not sure if its the same width pleco, I just assumed it was. It didnt state the co2 tubings width on ebay, just length. Thanx guys.

i got the JBL CO2 black tubing on mine, pretty cheap.

Well i ordered everything today
Oh and the solenoid comes with a UK mains adapter Tizer so alls good.
Just tryin to figure out now how im going to fertilize.
Obviously im going to use up all my easylife ferts first but after theyve gone i think im going to go for dry ferts using a slightly modified EI method. By modified i mean im not going to add quite as much as EI suggests as i really dont fancy 50% weekly water changes.
Its either that or using TPN+ but im not sure if il benifit from that!
What do u guys think? and how do u fertilize when CO2 is involved?
