Clown loach in with Mbuna has Ich

Please could someone tell me what is (in their opinion) the best medication to use for a CL that has Ich - he is in with a tank of Mbuna - can't see any other victims at the moment - it's years since I had to treat this disease - does it still mean turning the tank blue??
