Blue butterfly Mickey Mouse platy fry...
2-7 weeks old.
When they age more, their rear end of the body will become red and the saddle and shoulder will become yellow.

nice! they look like my helleri fry, other than the "mickey mouse" part
I also see some of the vertical stripes in helleri fry

Vertical stripes in certain hellerii swords is normal. It's a wild trait that they carry. The more vertical bars and the narrower the distance between each bar, the more attractive it will be for the opposite sex to mate with.
Similar vertical bars do also occur in a number of wild platy species and wild swordtail species that aren't helleriis.

The Mickey Mouse pattern is actually also a wild trait in certain populations of wild Maculatus platies. And so, it's not a breeding trait. And the actual name for this trait is "Moon". Don't mix this up with the socalled "crescent" pattern. For that's different in shape.
