Better off buying it from the lfs.

Once food has thawed out not meant to refreeze it.
I wouldn't risk it myself.

Cheapest to buy stuff like frozen foods in bulk. I have kept defrosted bloodworm in the fridge for a few days and fed it to my fish with no problems, but to buy enough bloodworm off eBay to save money, defrost it and use it all up before it went rotten, you would want a LOT of fish.

Pop to Pets Alive on the road between the A19 and the SOL (the retail park) - They normally do good deals on the stuff.

I feed my discus one pellet every other day to supplement the dry food they get.
