Best Place To Buy Plants, Fish And Invertebrate

I can get the fish I want at a local petsmart but they don't carry the plants and invertebrate I want. Can I order them online? Any suggestions?

I want a few cherry shrimp

For plants

the surplus plants are a pretty good cheap price, but even the selection of freshwater plants where you get a selection of foreground and background plants (all proper aquatic plants) are also a bargain price, for me to get them delivered its not even gonna be £3!!!
