Hello,
I am looking for the experience of some leek growers. I planted my leeks as transplants in spring and now i have some pretty big ones and a few have flower/seed pods (i'm unsure) on the a long stem coming from the plant. Does this mean i need to harvest them now? Please can someone give me a bit of guidance as i will need to do it at the weekend if so. Also is blanching necessary?
