my angelfish just hangs in the lower part of my tank tail down almost vertical hes been like this for 2 days now just hideing checked the water its fine any suggestions

please post test results in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph, what size tank, what fish you keep, how long has the tank been setup, and also what your maintanance routine, sorry for all the questions but it's to get a picture of your situation.

hi my tank is 220ltr planted with a ph7 nitrite 0.1 less than 5 nitrate no ammonia
temp 26.6 my other fish are
5 tiger barbs
1 rtbs
6 cardinal tetras
2 white clouds
3 cory
2 clown loach
1 bristlenose

the tiger barbs dont bother him at all the rtbs is always keeping them in order

he is now just laying on his side at the front breathing what looks like normal

You should have no nitrite, although you don't have much it could be the problem. Try doing a big water change (30% at least) and see if s/he perks up.

I'd turn out tht light to minimise stress and hope that th other fish do not both him/her.

HTH and good luck
