So I just noticed some white stringy poop hanging from my betta. It fell off before the picture though. As you can see his fins aren’t too good and he is bloated. I am currently cycling.

There is still some poop hanging.
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 2.0
Nitrates 10

Question: Can I still feed him and what should I do?

Not sure about feeding him, but some large water changes are needed to get the Nitrites down to 0

Just feed him normally and do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate any day there is an ammonia or nitrite reading above 0ppm, or a nitrate reading above 20ppm.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Hi :)
when did you fill your tank ? And when did you add fish ?

Jeez... so you wille have to water change 50% every other day for 2 or 3 weeks.
