young sengalus

I am keeping a young senegalus as seen in the picture.It is not growing at the rate it should to move from my 20g to my 30g. Please post any suggestions. thanks . oh yeah i feed it 1 cube of bloodworms a night and it is about 2 to 2.5 inches.

How long have you had him for? Has he grown at all since you got him? And is he currently sharing his home with other tankmates?

Just like people fish vary in growth rate.

You could just have a runt. Try to feed twice a day and vary their diet a little.

mine loves feeder guppies. i try to give him those about twice a week. bloodworms 4 times a week. and my fish usually fast once a week
