wow. this fish food looks great its called Omega One Natural Protien formula veggie flakes for fresh and saltwater fish. The first 6 ingrediants are:
Whole Salmon
Black Cod
Halibut
Whole Herring
Fresh Kelp
Spirulina

And the percentages of stuff in it are:
Min. Crude Protien 37%
min. Crude Fat 10%
Max Crude Fiber 2%
max Ash 8%
Min Phosphorous .5%
min. Omega 3 2%
min omega 6 1%

Andddd to top it all off it was only 4.59$ at petsmart!!!! but yeah i was very suprised at the very first ingredients, compared to other fish foods that have wheat flour and fish meal as their first ingediants. Anyways, just wanted to share it with yall.

I know I found that my bottom feeders prefer the omega one veggie rounds over most of the others I have offered, so it must be good eats!

lol i know.... i read veggie and was like errrrr well w/e sounds good anyways for the other fish! so yeah the fish had a feeding frenzy and instead of just going up to the surface to eat 4-5 bites a fish, my harlequin rasboras actually stuck their whole head out of hte water and were jumping around to get more. And, the guppys love it. I have 2 guppy fry that made it past the wrath of the neons (lol) and i saw them take a piece that sunk and have a big fight over it.... soooo in my book that means a good food if they like it that much.
