125L tank with Tetratec Ex1200 and the following stocking.

1 x Platy

1 x Honey Gourami

3 x Sparkling Gourami

7 x Green Neon

6 x Ember Tetra

15 x Pygmy Cory

2 x Anglefish.

Would you consider this fully stocked, over stocked or room for more? Bearing in mind I'm aware that a lot of people consider 125l slightly on the small side for Angels and that keeping 2 isn't a great idea unless they're paired?

I would call it overstocked. In that tank I'd keep only the angels (for example) if they're a pair and it's a fairly tall tank.

Ug that's what I was worried about. The Angels aren't mine, I'm "babysitting" them and they're only young at the moment but I've been entertaining the idea of trying to keep them. But I really want some Bolivian Rams too so I think I may be better to go with them really.

I'm not being rude, but aside from the stock levels, don't you find it a bit of a "jumble" with all those different types? I'm going for a 2 shoal tank next.

Yep! It's due to my early days of fish keeping and wanting everything. I have an idea in mind of the final stocking that I'd like (now I'm more experienced) and the only one's from that list that I still want are the Pygmys. Other than that I'd like a pair of Bolivian Rams, some other kind of bigger mid/all tank dweller and a shoal of Harlequins. Can't bring myself to rehome any of them though.

Still, we learn from these things. :(

Yeah, I'm returning to fish keeping from a dry spell so to speak, and am planning on building a well planted amazonian (but not brackish amazonian)
setup, and plan for the shoals to reach their size through breeding all being well, and as I'm going for egg scatterers, I'm going to avoid the usual khuli loaches and cat fish that will eat the eggs.

Sounds good. My sister wants me to set up my old 60L downstairs so I do have the option (if I can convince her) of keeping some of those fish in that tank which will free my new tank up a bit but raaa lol! It's the Embers, I bought them on an impulse for my betta tank, my betta didn't get along with them so they had to be moved. I don't want to give them to just anyone because I'd like to be sure they'd be looked after properly.
