Worms In My Tank :( What Are They?

iv got about 8 cherry shrimp and 4 neitire snails in my 35 litre tank and iv just notice 2 roughly 1.5cm worms in my tank
they are clear and thin
what are they and how do i get rid of them ?
plz help as i have fish being bought to me from newcastle in 3 weeks so need to get it sorted

i tried but they are too quick will try again in a bit
i have researched a bit on previous threads and they could be either dragonfly larve or flat worms
are any of these harmful?

I believe dragonfly larve are harmless, (could be wrong). But im not to sure about flat worms, give it a few minutes and im sure someone will let you know

hmmm some can get into the gills of fish and cause them serious irritation, can be caused by ammonia spikes.

thanks bagu i was looking for that article and couldnt find it
it could be any of those worms not the ones from livefeeding though
i have done a large water change and will stop feeding for 48 hours and hopefully that will get rid of them
