Wolffia Arrhiza(more annoying than duckweed)

i was searching if duckweed was edible (dont ask why) and i found this.
this would be SO HARD to remove and it would get stuck on your fingers...ewwww

Ahhhh we have massive blooms of this every year in our lake. It turns the surface green, it gets in your mouth and hair and under your fingernails when you swim. Every photo we have of us in the lake, our eyebrows are full of this stuff.

Lol No. It doesn’t have a flavor if its just in your mouth, I’m sure it would if you like bit into it. But it like sticks to everything and gets all in your teeth if you open your mouth. And if we went underwater, it is all over our head when we come back up!

Luckily in the pond, it is only bad for a couple weeks of the year. It’s always present, but really dies back until the end of summer

worse than spirodela and lemna defintiely
