Wired Snail Get Rid Of Or Leave?

on the first thew weeks i got my fish, i was given a free snail with the water. oversely it was small i really didnt notice it until i put the fish in but anyway he said they breed like mad and theres about 5 -6 of them in . there very small about 1-2mm. the shell is brown with colour spots vary.

i would just throw them out but u always miss some anyway i cant use a snail killer because i have 1 apple snail.

any got the same thing?

Squish them on the side of the tank and you fish will gobble them up
I had an 8gal and they took over!

do u know how big they grow ?

Not very big, about 1cm.

Sorry to jump in, but I've just found three in my tank as well. Wasn't sure what to do with them.
James, if you want them, they're all yours! How do you post snails???

We have dozens in one of the kid's tanks,we keep the population down by fishing some out every weekend and chucking them into a different tank for the clown loaches, they love them... if you want j4mes some give me a couple of weeks and i'll send some to you...

And if anyone out there has any malaysian live bearing snails that they could spare it would be much appreciated as the clown loaches ate all of mine

A small water tight container should be ok in the post for a couple of days, at least I think so
