Will White Spot Treatment Harm Snails?

I bought 2 zebra nerite snails from Pets a Home on Monday an today I've noticed a few small white spots on my fish. If I use Interpet Anti White Spot will it harm my snails?
 
Can snails carry white spot? The tank was fine before I got the snails. My sisters fish got white spot after she bought fish from pets at home.
 
I have another tank but if I put them in there they will infect that tank so if it's not safe to use with snails what should I do with them?

If you let in any water from the snails bag that is definitely a way it could get in. I am not sure if they personally carry it though, I am sure its possible.  
 
The medicine could very well hurt your snails so you can probably take them out and put them in a bucket or a bowl for a few days to let the medication not be as strong.

I didn't let the water in. I've put them in a tub and treated the tank. Thanks

The snails will still have tiny amounts of water in their shells and this could harbor ich, I have never used the interpet med but they usually do mention if they are safe or not to use with inverts I wouldn't just to be safe
