Wild Type Betta's

i have an 18" cube tank coming shortly and i have decided that i want to try some of the rarer type of wild betta's i have narrowed it down to Betta Albimarginata & Betta Channoides.

i am finding information on them rather hard to come by, does anyone keep these and if so what information can you give me. what water parameters do they require? are there any suitable tank mates out there or should i pretty much think a pair to the tank? i understand that unlike splendins wild types actually appreciate a small current is this true?

You may be better off trying killi's, there is usually an auction in Littleborough sometime in March I can check for you and it is amazing the type's you can get and some of them aren't too shy and you can have a small mixed community if you wanted ?

i need to do lots and lots of research but i think killis may be a better choice all round but i still want em!!
