White Spot Won't Go Away

About 6 weeks ago I posted about my fish having white spot. Although I was treating for it, some of the neons & cardinals just wouldn't shake it off (every other type of fish did!)

I removed all of the neons and cardinals to a separate tank and have been treating them there since. A couple of the fish just don't show signs of getting better. I've even started up'ing the dosage of the treatment.

It looks exactly as I'd expect white spot to look (treated it before) but seeing as it will not go away, I'm wondering... could it be something else?

I need to get it sorted ASAP - the 'hospital' tank is taking up space in the kitchen and my wife is running rather short on patience

When you up the dose do you mean you added more than half dose.

What med are you using?
Did you raise temp to 30?

Is it possible to load a pic up of the neons.

The neons is the red stripe still vibrant red.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Trying to find out if the fish are stressed as stress can weaken there immune system.
