White Spot On 4 Neon Tetra

Just got back of a weekend away to find 4 of my neon tetra have white spots. 2 of them look to have it quite bad.

Water was changed 1 week ago and tank has been set up for 6 months.

Water stats are good.

What can i do?

Read whitespot med instructions carefully that you can use full dose with sensitive fish. As with some meds you have to half dose with neons.
Raise temp to 30.
Increase aeration.
Remove black carbon from filter.
