White Film In Bucket Water

i add dechlorinator after filling my bucket with tap water and notice a thin white film that disperses after 5 minutes or if i stir it with my finger. it just seems to evaporate into the air. what is this stuff?

Sometimes it's just the combination of the dechlorinator and the water. Mine does that sometimes too when I add water with the dechlor. I can't remember if it's actually called anything, but it's okay when that happens. Just as long as it goes away, also it may depend at what temp. you add your water with the dechlor.
