Where to put my new Corys

I bought 6 and I would like to put them in my 55 gallon Oscar tank to help move the sand around and clean up some of the leftovers. What I am wondering is if anyone has kept them with Oscars. I have lots of hiding places for them (rocks and plastic plants) Oscar is about 7-8 inches long, but he has never been fed live food, so I was wondering if he would even notice them. Don't worry, if I can't put them in there I will have another place for them!

I wouldn't risk it. Plecos do great with oscars, but I think cories would be a bit too small.

About the Plecos......My Oscar's tank is covered in this slimy, yucky stuff(for lack of better way to explain it) I have the 2 Plecs in there now(I will move one when they get bigger) but I thought that they might help keep some of this stuff down. So far they have been in there for about 2 weeks and they have been really busy and are getting really fat, but they "stuff" is still there......Are they even going to help me keep this stuff down?...and does this need to be an Oscar(Cichlid) Question?
