this is mine,
watched Hawks/Sparrow Hawks fighting with crows and magpies this week.
this morning a pair of Canada Geese moved into the pond with the otter statues.
We have a resident family of Moorhens. and another pond had Swans.
There are foxes in the forest and can be seen foraging during the edge in daytime.

Do you work at a wwt? Or nature reserve?

Soooo jealous!!!

That's beautiful. I'm an avid bird watcher but I have to travel to see a landscape like that.

Thanks, I dont work at either of those but infact a power company. the company had these built to blend into the natural surroundings, i haven't been round the whole of the buildings but i think there are 5 -7 ponds in total

Thanks I Love it, the Hawk that flew near the building today was huge

We get plenty of wagtails and kestrels round here-and the proverbial very fat pigeons trying to squeeze onto my bird table!

Here's the view from my desk the other day. One of the boys was playing with his new "toy", they're so cute when they get something new.

Out of my window from work is a lower building, they turned it in to flats but we have anti-glare tinted glass - so they think we can't see them.

I overlook their roof terraces and we see some real sights in summer. A call of "Oh look!" from any of us will get the whole of the office jammed up against the window to laugh at the unaware people sitting about at patio tables in crabby underwear thinking they are all alone....

There is also an old air vent where pigeons nest, I like to watch the baby pigeons wandering about in there :)

At home, I am the first of three desks, so I look right, and see my little boy and my husband before I can see out of the window. But we are on a hill and the window looks out on the town, I can see the old buildings and the steam rail from here. When they have a steam up, you can hear the whistles and see the smoke from the trains. That's nice.
