So I want to start over with my fish and I was wondering what would be a good combination of fish
NOT TO INCLUDE CHICLIDS
I have a 52 gallon and I would like to have bigger fish and lots of colors

Cardinals tetras and dwarf gouramis. Red and blue combination! Never tried it before but could be amazing.

I'm big fan of gouramis not so hot on the cardinals tho

2 angels, emperor tetras and drawf chain loaches is what am going for.

I love angels how manny u think I could put in my 52 gallon

And what other fish would go good with angels

As I said, Two angels would be your limited as my tank is the same size.

You'll be after a "Proven or Mated pair" else you'll run the risk of one of the angels bullying to death the other one.

The tetras I have are very good with angels and the size of tank you have so it's well worth a look into.

You want a nice mix at all levels of your tank so there are no spaces. I can understand why you don't want Cichlids but what about Dwarf Cichlids?

Well I don't really know much bout cichlids and I would have to change my entire set up cause they like lots of rocks right ??? I got nothing but plants in mine

Cichlids love rocks and they'll uproot plants.

Yea and the issue is that here in Germany ill be paying 3 times as much for them rocks than over in the states maybe when I get back to the states ill do rocks and fill it up with cichlids

African cichlids need rocks but south American dwarf cichlids (such as Bolivan rams and apistogrammas) love plants and will do great in your set up.

Since you love gouramis, I'd recommend Pearl Gouramis. I have 3 in my 55g tank, they're very pretty. Male is has bright orange all across his underside. I'm not a fan of tetras, but I have a school of 8 Bloodfin Tetras that look very nice in the tank. They add al ot of color to the upper levels and are very active. I love the look of marble and royal plecos- They would be a good choice for a flashy bottom feeder. Dwarf cichlids are also very colorful, and love plants. A pair of Kribnesis would look nice, and they have a high potential of breeding. I have a group of German Blues/Electric Blues in my tank with the gouramis. They're very bright and very smart fish. A pair of altum angels would also look nice with a smaller school of barbs. Cherry or Tiger. All depends on personal preference. Good luck!

DO NOT PUT ANGELFISH WITH TIGER BARBS.
Tiger barbs would literally tear and angelfish apart. Angelfish have delicious fins and wouldnt last a week with a shoal of tiger barbs.

Other barbs might work though....

No cardinals... What of black widow tetras and angelfish.
