What To Feed Lemon And Glowlight Tetras?

Hi

I have the above fish in my tank and currently only feed them flake which they eat excitedly. I have always intended on feeding them some kind of treat from time to time but the 2 times I've mentioned this to my LFS they've said it's not worth it unless you want to breed them.

I'm not setting out to breed them but just feel they would appreciate a varied diet but I'm not sure what. Anyone have any advice?

The occasional frozen blood worm goes down well with my glowlights - once or twice weekly.

a GOOD QUALITY flake food is really all they need
 
frozen foods should be used as little as possible (if ever)....they really are not that nutritious
