What Is Wrong With My Gouramis

I have 4 gouramis 2 phanthom and 2 fire 1 of the black phanthoms has been acting weird. For the last 3 days he hasnt been eating and has been hanging out in the same spot at the bottom next to a plant. Yesterday he swam to the top and was chased by the other gouramis and went back so i thought he was scared. I got all 4 bout 3 months ago small and they have always gotten along. I can tell something isnt right with him. water conditions are good, any ides, he is not showing any physical damage
