Most products remove the same stuff from your water. I use prime right now and have used Amquel.

I only use Prime. No risk of overdosing, removes chlorine and chloramines, and detoxifies ammonia and nitrites while still keeping them available for the biofilter. You can use larger than normal amounts if you have a spike of some sort to keep the fish from being poisoned.
