i have a 4 foot/156 litre tank with 2 silver dollars and 3 severom golds, a 3 foot/110 litre fry tank with jewell cichlids, and a 2 foot/56 litre tank with a pair of mating jewell cichlids what is be a good temperature for the tanks to be set at?

25 (77F) would be fine but 24 (75.2F) is too low for most tropicals. At the least, it's on the low end of their optimal range.

I'm no expert on oscars but I would think that is way to high for most any tropical fish except possibly discus. Based on the profiles I've seen, oscars actually prefer cooler water than most tropicals, somewhere in the 72 to 77 range.
