ok i have an external filter inlet in one of my tanks adn the outlet in another how can i increase the flow or disturb the top of the water in the tank with the inlet?
any ideas?
i just have stuff sitting there and it just cant be any good!

An airstone or other air powered device will work. Sounds like someone has a little water bridge project running.
