Water From Dehumidifier

It should just be pure water out of the air right? Would it be ok to use it in my tank?

It could be pure water, so only use for topping up. Pure water does not contain any minerals, and fish need minerals to breath. Filling a tank with pure water would suffercate the fish, even if the water had a high disolved oxygen level. If you have a test kit, test the KH and GH to see if it is indeed pure water.
IMO, tap water is the best thing to use in a tank. You never know what the water from a dehumidifyer has come into contact with, thus there will always be a risk involved with using it in your tank. I personaly would not risk it, on the grounds that it may be contaminated.

Many parts of dehumidifier condensers are copper, and soldered with solder that is a good portion lead. These are the sort of things that are really bad for fish. The lines and condenser also build up fungus and bacteria, another thing that is undesirable in an aquarium.

The only thing water from a dehumidifier is good for is dumping down the drain!

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!!

It will NOT be just water... any vapours will be condensed, can you smell anything when cooking ? well thats going to be "stuff" other than water right ?
You may well end up with other nasties, such as fuel deposits - petrol and diesel etc... down the drain with it.

it will be full of any thing that is in the air including dust furniture polish etc
