Water Changes? How Often>?

My new tank is up and running and has been for about a week, im wondering if I should do a water change yet or not and if so how much?

Oh no sry I have had the tank for 2 weeks and now i have fish in it, its already done cycling. Now im wondering if I need to do a water change? The fish have been in there for about a week.

The size of the tank and stocking levels matter when determining how often for a water change.

Basic rule is the smaller the tank, the more frequent (for reasonable stocking levels).

UNtil you answer the questions BigIan has asked, no-one can really give you a reasonable answer.
