Wanted Fluval Suckers

Does anyone have any spare ones lying around?
All three of mine for my Fluval 2 are rubbished now.

any lfs that has an acount with ALF or Norwoods (covers about 99% of the trade) will be able to get these for you.
if you have the 1% that don't use either ask a pet shop, if they have an account with Rolf C hagen they can get them for you.

practically every lfs i know sells them..perhaps you just have a naff lfs.

How are they knackered anyway?

I'll try my LFS tomorrow.
They are knackered in the sense they do not suck anymore, or a better way of putting it is the suction pads have gone stiff.

try boiling them then...that should help return them back to their original form.

I tried boiling mine to no avail.


My LFS is a damned fine one, the best in Kent IMHO. They just don't deal with Hagen.


Anyway, I e-mailed Hagen UK this morning and I got a very nice reply back from Kath saying if I would forward my address, she would send me out enough replacements for all 6 internal filters F.O.C!


That is what I call service. One of the reasons I have stuck with Hagen Fluval over the years.

I don't suppose you will have three useable ones spare would you bud? I can not see them doing that often for every person that emails – especially two in one day! I would really appreciate it.
