Wanted: Floating Plant

This is what the tank looks like right now:

It has one 25 watt bulb and it is 2.5g so it gets about 10w per gallon... a lot, I know, but the light bulb burnt out so I had to use it 'cause I didn't have any spare 15w bulbs. pH is about 7.2 and I use a little bit of liquid fertilizer every now and then. What floating plant would do well in these conditions?

Is that a fluorescent lamp or an incandescent?

Most of the commonly available floating plants will do fine in there, Riccia, Duckweed, Hornwort etc.
