hi anyone know where i can buy beefheart juvi or adult one 500gm by local fish shops only sells the adult beefheart but i am also after the juvi beefheart but its 10.00 pounds for only 250gms

wld like to know if anyone sells it cheaper or no and can post to us
or know the Recipe to make it

Hi

just get one form your butcher i paid £3 for whole heart

i added shrimps, spinach, garlic and some baby milk as a source of vitamin.

hi mate you can get beef heart from a few places try

but i make my own the recipe is what ever you want to put in i used all sort before such as spirulina , astaxanthin powder, bannana, shrimps/prawns , ground up flake food, peas , garlic, spinach etc etc..

but my next mix will be just beefheart, prawns/shrimp and garlic,

beware not sure if you have seen a cow heart but they are huge but buy the time you have trimmed it up u only get about 50% of meat that you use the rest is fat residue and tubes that you dont want

and you will also need to grind it up with a mincer and do it twice to get it ultra fine trust me it is worth it

cool thanks you two star ill see if i can be brothered to make it i do like to buy it all ready made up lol
ill try it once then go from there at the momnet they have beefheart from the shop and i get the beefheart juvi from jm couriers as they live down the rd from me but the juvi is 250gms and 10.00pounds and the shop beefheart is 10.00pounds for 500gm


ill try it once some time this wk ill get it all then go from there see if my discus like it and mt other fish thanks again

i made some beefheart my discus love it

made with cow heart ,prawns ,garlic ,spinach, some baby milk plus i put in some of the discus food in to it

the cow heart cost me 5.00 pounds from one butcher he dinced it for me aswell

then i didnt minced it i put it in a blinder works a treat out of the first heart i made abt 2kgs

and the 2nd time got the cow heart from another butcher cost me 3.50 but he didnt dince it for me he just cut some of the fat off it thats really it

i took it home and took off your the fat and that then blindered it

made abt 2.5kgs out of that one tho got loads of it now
