Using Interpet Anti White Spot

Bought it for obvious reasons! Says on the side to remove the carbon and zeolite filter media - which is the zeolite one?!
Should I do a water change first or just get on with it?

if after reading that you have established you do not have it in your filter just add the meds as per the instructions.
